Interior Balance offers an initial 60-90 minute one-on-one discovery session. During the discussion, you will receive full attention in an atmosphere of complete openness and compassion. You hear about values-guided action and approaches to acceptance and mindfulness treatments prior to determining if the coaching and therapy is right for you. Discussions cover key issues, expectations, proposed timeframes and costings.
