Internal Balance offers small group sessions and content is designed to meet the needs of a specific family, group, team, conference or organisation. Alternatively, the content can be adopted for an individual wishing to engage in self-paced one-on-one coaching. Sample workshops include:
ACT on your Calling – 6-8 weeks program that features a practical and profound path of self discovery and empowerment. The program engages the mind and heart and seeks recognition of the whole person and may include reflection, questioning, assignments, career assessments, decision-making and action planning associated with living with purpose. The workshop creates a space for you and other participants to increase connection by reaching out, sharing stories and supporting each other, reflect upon your calling, engage in mindfulness exercises and commit to action. Creating harmonious living solutions are discussed.
If you are seeking clarity and practical guidance, then this program is for you. It is an exceptionally valuable development for young people seeking to find answers to career pathways or at a personal cross road.
I just want to be me – 6 weeks play based experimental program drawn from material produced by Tim and Sandra Bowen. The program assists children to develop a strong sense of their identity, connections with their world, emotional well-being and confidence to be the person they want to be. Children participating in the workshop learn how to connect with their values and live fully in the present moment, how to make room for painful feelings without being controlled or overwhelmed by them and how to reduce the impact and influences of negative thoughts. Children love the opportunity to discuss decorative solutions for their bedrooms and taking responsibility for the space they can call their own. They will practice social skills, solve problems, try new activities and learn life skills in a happy, safe and relaxed environment.
This program aligns to the Australian Government’s vision and framework for children’s learning through play and leisure. It lends itself to involving parents, grandparents and teachers.
Transitioning Together – 2 day workshop designed for families, teams, workgroups, teaching staff, small businesses, and not-for-profit organisations. The primary focus is on sustaining purpose during times of change.
The format is interactive and includes plenary sessions, self-reflection, writing, dialoguing, sharing of stories and experiences, brainstorming, and small-group work. The content aligns one’s sense of purpose with building the culture of a family, an organisation, team or workgroup.
The program can be tailored to suit the group and its objectives.
